The art of pole workout includes dance and acrobatics..and requires a lot of strength. Come break taboos and enjoy a challenging workout with a private instructor!
This will be a 1-hour private class. Please arrive on time. You must update your RSVP at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend.
