This edition of Pride Social will be a special one where we do yoga together. Wear loose, comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement, and join us at L’Annexe for this free wellness activity!
L’Annexe’s Pride Social is a low-key, neurodivergent-friendly monthly group for LGBTQ+ young adults, questioning individuals, allies, and friends (aged 35 and under). There’s no alcohol or drugs, no focus on dating, and no pressure. Whether or not you’ve participated in a previous gathering, you’re invited to join us! Our welcoming facilitators will be sure to help you join in, even if you don’t know anyone else here and/or if you’re shy.
Snacks may be served during the group. If you have food allergies or needs that you would like us to accommodate, please let us know by emailing social@lannexe.ca at least 1 day prior to the group, if possible.
This event is made possible thanks to support from the Pride and Remembrance Foundation.
If this is your first time coming to L’Annexe:
