Due to overwhelming demand, we’re bringing this dynamic event to life in the heart of Miami at Harbour Grill—the most upscale Kosher restaurant and bar in vibrant Surfside.
Kindly Note: To support our wonderful venue, each guest is asked to enjoy a minimum of $25 (plus tax and service charge) in food and drinks during the event. When you arrive, simply leave your card with the bar — your spend will go entirely toward delicious food and beverages throughout the evening. This is in addition to your ticket for the Sephardic Speed Dating experience. We appreciate your support in helping us create a great atmosphere!

Event FAQs
- How do I register for the event?: Registering is easy. You click on the link to sign up for the event. At registration, you’ll fill out a short questionnaire to describe yourself, your religious background, dating preferences, and other background information. Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email to join our event and two days before, we’ll supply a link to officially join our event.
- I’m in my 40s / 50s / 60s — can I join?: Of course! Our Speed Dating events are open to Jewish singles ages 23 and up. We regularly match participants in their 20s. 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s. At each event, we match people appropriately based on their preferences, and only pair guests if they meet each other’s age criteria.
- Are your events for Sephardic people only?: We match Jews of all cultural backgrounds, including both Ashkenazi and Sephardic jews. At sign up, we collect information regarding your cultural background just to get to know you better. All Jews are welcome.
- Do I need to be of a certain religious level to use this service?: Our matchmaking service is inclusive of Jews from all religious backgrounds, including Orthodox, Traditional, and Reform. We recognize that everyone is unique, and to ensure meaningful matches, we ask about your religious practices—such as Shabbat and Kashrut observance—during sign-up. This information helps us create connections that respect and align with your values.
- I’m an Orthodox Jew. Will there be people who are shomer shabbat and kosher to match me up with?: Yes – Absolutely. Our events attract nice crowd of Orthodox Jews who are looking to date people who are similar religiously.
- I’m located outside of the US. Can I participate?: Yes, absolutely! We find that many people are open to long-distance dating. When you sign up, we collect information about your location and ask whether you’re open to dating someone in another city. If you are, we’ll match you with others who are also open to long-distance connections. Whenever possible, we try to pair guests who are located within a short flight of each other, as they’re more likely to make a relationship work logistically.
- Okay, I’ve signed up. How should I expect the event to work?: Our in-person events begin with a social hour where guests can mingle over drinks. At check-in, you’ll receive a personalized agenda listing who you’ll meet and where to sit. The speed dating includes 7 rounds of 8-minute dates with short breaks in between. After each round, you can indicate your interest using our mobile platform. If there’s a mutual match, we’ll share your contact info after the event. Once dating rounds end, the venue opens up into a larger after party for everyone, including those who didn’t participate in speed dating.
- If I like a person, and they like me back, how can we share contact information following the event?: After each speed dating session, you and your dating partner will receive a confidential button to “like” the other person. If both people like each other, our system will automatically send you an email with the other person’s phone number and social media. We’ll let you take the dates offline!
- How do you set up dates for each event?: We combine cutting-edge algorithms with personalized human insight to create the best possible matches for you. Our process takes into account key factors such as religious background, location, age, and personal interests. Each profile is carefully reviewed by our professional matchmaker to ensure thoughtful connections that align with what you’re seeking
