Shavuot in Vermont: A Hamsa Nomads Retreat for Jewish Young Adults
ABOUT THIS EVENT
Join Hamsa Nomads for a curated Shavuot/Shavuos retreat in the Vermont mountains, bringing together Jewish young adults and young professionals from New York City, New Jersey, Boston, Albany, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and across the Northeast.
Set in a private retreat home near Mount Snow in Dover, Vermont, this long weekend is designed for people who want a warm, meaningful, and social Yom Tov experience in a beautiful mountain setting. Expect shared meals, Shabbos and Yom Tov atmosphere, late-night learning, relaxed social time, games, thoughtful conversations, fresh air, and space to actually connect.
Hamsa Nomads is building a cross-border Jewish travel and community network — not just one retreat. Our goal is to bring together young Jews from different cities and backgrounds who want deeper community, meaningful experiences, and new friendships that continue beyond the weekend.
This retreat is best suited for Jewish young adults and young professionals — singles, couples, friends, and newcomers are welcome. Space is limited, and registration is reviewed to help keep the group intentional, comfortable, and community-oriented.
