To commemorate Black History Month, ELEM NextGen is hosting a very special “Sip & Social” buffet-style event at Harlem’s famous Tsion Café, NYC’s sole restaurant serving Ethiopian Jewish cuisine. Joining us is the owner of Tsion Café herself, Beejhy Barhany, acclaimed chef and author.
