Until Help Arrives is a partnership between FEMA, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR), the Medical Reserve Corps (MRC), and the Uniformed Services University’s (USU) National Center for Disaster Medicine and Public Health (NCDMPH).
The “Stop the Bleed” curriculum we teach is part of the Committee on Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (C-TECC)’s evidence and best practiced-based guidance for medical response and medical treatment of the injured during high risk and atypical civilian operational scenarios.
