ABOUT THIS EVENT
A winter Shabbat dinner with a warm atmosphere, delicious food and good company.
Come hungry, bring friends, and settle in for an evening of connection and comfort.
Timings:
6.00pm – Embodied Light: Welcome in Shabbat through body and breath with Maxine Levy
6.45pm – Shabbat dinner
Choose to begin the evening with Embodied Light, a guided meditation and breathwork session designed to help you arrive, settle and reconnect. Rooted in the idea of Kavannah (intention and mindful presence), the session combines gentle movement, breathwork and stillness to explore how we can cultivate light from within.
No experience is needed – just come as you are. The session offers a grounding way to transition into Shabbat before we gather together for dinner.
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for sitting or lying down in, and you may also wish to bring a water bottle (refill stations available).
Please email gianina@jw3.org.uk with any dietary requirements by 16th Nov latest.
Pricing:
– Early bird (£25) till 5th Oct
– General sale (£30) till 2nd Nov
– Last call (£35) till 17th Nov
A friendly reminder that this event is for those in their 20s and 30s. Our Young JW3 community is all about building a safe and welcoming space, and we kindly ask that you respect this age guidance.
