Campaign Manager
About Congregation Rodef Sholom
Congregation Rodef Sholom is a vibrant Reform congregation, and Marin County’s first Jewish congregation, founded in 1962. Located in San Rafael, California, Congregation Rodef Sholom draws members from across the Bay Area — multi-generational families, young professionals, interfaith families, and those exploring Jewish life for the first time. Guided by our Sh’ma statement—“Igniting the passion to connect: with Jewish values, with each other, and with our world”—Rodef Sholom is a kehilla kedosha, a sacred community rooted in connection, purpose, and shared responsibility.
About the Role
This is an exciting time to join our team. We opened the doors of our new, state-of-the-art synagogue in 2024 and have been growing ever since. Every member of our team helps expand our engagement with Jewish and interfaith families, bringing a vibrant and meaningful Judaism to the next generation and broadening what it means to be Jewish in Marin and the Bay Area. Guided by a commitment to accessibility, inclusion, and social justice, we strive to create a welcoming community where all people can participate fully, find belonging, and work together to build a more just and compassionate world.
