Chief Program Officer

The Gordon Jewish Community Center is looking for an experienced, strategic, and collaborative leader to join our team as Chief Program Officer (CPO).

This role will provide leadership across a wide range of programs, including Children’s Services, Camp Davis, Fitness, Aquatics, Cultural Arts, the Nashville Jewish Film Festival, Older Adult Programming, BBYO, Maccabi, teen programming, and campus-wide events.

As a member of the executive team, the CPO will help guide program strategy, support department leaders, strengthen community engagement, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Qualifications include:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

* 10+ years of progressive leadership experience

* Experience overseeing multiple programs or departments

* Strong strategic planning and financial management skills

* Proven ability to lead, develop, and support teams

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Experience in a nonprofit, recreation, camp, community organization, or similar mission-driven environment is a plus
