Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven ERP Business Analyst to optimize, integrate, and manage LockedIn AI’s enterprise resource planning systems.

You will bridge business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that core operational functions—finance, subscription management, procurement, reporting, and cross-functional workflows—are efficient, automated, and scalable for a product serving over 1 million users.

As the ERP Business Analyst, you will own the analysis, configuration, and continuous improvement of ERP systems, map business processes, identify inefficiencies, gather requirements from stakeholders, and translate needs into system workflows and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis & Optimization

  • Map and document workflows across finance, operations, subscription management, procurement, HR, and cross-functional processes.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
  • Conduct gap analyses and recommend ERP configurations and workflow redesigns.
  • Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and gather requirements.

ERP System Configuration & Administration

  • Configure and administer ERP modules including finance, accounting, subscription billing, procurement, and reporting.
  • Manage workflows, approval hierarchies, user roles, and system security.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows for invoices, purchase orders, expenses, and subscription management.
  • Ensure accuracy in billing, revenue recognition, and SaaS subscription operations.

Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with finance, operations, engineering, and leadership teams to gather system requirements.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and configuration documents.
  • Serve as the liaison between business users and technical teams.

System Integration & Data Management

  • Manage ERP integrations with CRM, payment processors, HR, analytics, and cloud platforms.
  • Build automated data flows ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Support data migration, cleansing, validation, and transformation efforts.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Design ERP-based dashboards, reports, and analytics for real-time visibility into operations.
  • Automate reporting workflows for finance and operational teams.
  • Support financial close processes, audits, and compliance reporting.

Testing, Training & Change Management

  • Develop and execute ERP test plans including UAT and regression testing.
  • Create training materials and user guides for ERP systems.
  • Lead change management initiatives for ERP implementations and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst, systems analyst, or related role.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing ERP platforms.
  • Strong experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and translating needs into ERP configurations.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with finance, operations, engineering, and leadership teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proficiency in ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Sage Intacct) and workflow automation.
  • SQL proficiency for data querying and reporting.
  • Strong process-oriented mindset, analytical rigor, and self-starter mentality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or saved search experience.
  • Background with subscription billing platforms (Stripe, Chargebee, Recurly).
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition (ASC 606) and SaaS financial concepts.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered process automation tools.
  • Experience in career tech, edtech, or SaaS B2C space.
  • Prior startup founding or early employee experience (Seed to Series A).
