OpenDor Media (ODM) is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Marketing Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for marketing our podcasts and managing the OpenDor Media brand.

The ideal candidate will be a creative self-starter who thrives on creative problem solving and is comfortable operating at both highly strategic and tactical levels. This role works closely with a variety of different teams within the organization and requires strong collaboration, communication and project management skills. This Marketing Manager will be the key marketing liaison to the Head of Podcasts and the Development department and reports to the Chief Marketing Officer. This position is based in Israel.

What You’ll Do:

Your work will focus on the parent company brand OpenDor Media and the Unpacked podcast division.

Brand management

Drive growth: Increase the number of potential donors using multiple channels, seeking to innovate and test new marketing strategies
Communications: Produce content for organization’s email newsletter, social channels and website, including writing press releases; updating and maintaining all slide presentations
Project management: End-to-end management of fundraising related marketing projects
Service provider: Serve as the go-between from Development to Marketing to ensure that the Development teams are equipped with tools to drive their success.
Podcast marketing:

Research: Conduct research on the market, the competition and customers to identify trends and opportunities for future growth
Drive growth: Increase the number of podcast listeners by using tried and true strategies and testing new ones
Advertising: Identify advertising opportunities to support the podcast and serve as point person for all communication
Data analysis and reporting: General reporting using available dashboards and tools to empower fundraisers and other stakeholders

What You Have:

2 years minimum experience in developing and deploying marketing campaigns with a preference to prior focus on U.S. Jewish market and/or podcasts
Enthusiasm for podcasts
Excellent writing skills in English (Native speaker)
Fluency in online marketing: Social media, SEO, media buying, email marketing

Our target salary range for this position is 9,000 – 10,000 NIS/month. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s exact location, experience in similar roles, and expertise related to the qualifications.
