AJC Access
ACCESS is the young professional division of American Jewish Committee. AJC created ACCESS to engage young Jewish leaders in their 20s, 30s and early 40s in the Global Jewish Advocacy work of AJC locally, nationally, and globally.
ACCESS is:
1. Supporting a new generation in finding its Jewish voice by committing to create a conversation among young Jews and between generations of Jews around core issues of AJC’s mission and AJC policy.
2. Engaging with current and emerging opinion shapers by facilitating dialogue between young Jewish leaders and leaders within international business, media, and political, diplomatic, ethnic and religious communities.
3. Building future AJC leadership by cultivating young leaders who are committed to the visions and values of AJC, enhancing the well-being of Israel and the Jewish people worldwide and advancing human rights and democratic values throughout the world.
Global Jewish Advocacy for a younger generation. ACCESS inspires and empowers young professionals to engage in today’s critical domestic and international issues through innovative programs, which provide insight into today’s complex cultural, political, and social challenges. ACCESS develops relationships with diplomats, policy makers and young leaders of diverse religious and ethnic communities and strives to re-envision the role of young Jewish leaders in global affairs. Through global Jewish advocacy, ACCESS enhances the well-being of Israel and the Jewish people worldwide and advances human rights and democratic values throughout the world.
