About Brooklyn Seltzer Museum
The Brooklyn Seltzer Museum is a nonprofit cultural institution dedicated to preserving and promoting the history, science, manufacturing, and cultural significance of seltzer water, particularly its role in New York City and Jewish immigrant communities. Housed within the oldest seltzer works in NYC, a fourth-generation family-run business (Brooklyn Seltzer Boys), it offers interactive guided tours, exhibits, scavenger hunts, and hands-on experiences covering 2,400 years of seltzer history with STEM content for families, schools, and groups.
