Center City Jewish Preschool is an intimate early childhood center at 527 Lombard Street in Philadelphia. It serves children from 18 months to 5 years old in a nurturing, secure, and structured environment where young children learn through play.
Jewish values such as respect for others, kindness, being a constructive member of a community, tzedakah, and mitzvot are built into daily routines and interactive play. The school describes its approach as child-centered and child-led, aiming to support each child’s physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
The school is based at B’nai Abraham Chabad. In addition to the preschool program, it offers an afterschool program, family events throughout the year such as Purim parties and tzedakah projects, and admissions support for families.
