Chabad Jewish Center of Petaluma

The Chabad Jewish Center of Petaluma has served the Jewish community of Petaluma and Sonoma County since opening its doors in the fall of 2015, led by Rabbi Dovid Bush. The center is committed to creating a community through educational, social, and cultural programs, making the beauty and joys of Jewish traditions and heritage accessible, relevant, and meaningful to all.

As part of the global Chabad-Lubavitch movement, the Center offers programming for adults, children, teens, and seniors, welcoming every Jew regardless of affiliation, denomination, or lifestyle. Offerings include Shabbat and holiday celebrations, the Challah Club and Challah Babies for families, adult Jewish learning through the Jewish Learning Institute, and a Jewish Women’s Circle for cultural and spiritual enrichment.

Guided by the philosophy that being Jewish should be joyful, Chabad of Petaluma has grown into a vibrant local resource, providing a helping hand for anyone in need and a welcoming home for every Jewish family in the region.
