United Hatzalah Young Leadership

United Hatzalah Young Leadership (UHYL) is the young professionals division of United Hatzalah of Israel, the country’s largest independent, all-volunteer emergency medical service organization. UHYL brings together a global network of young philanthropists, community leaders, and influencers who are passionate about United Hatzalah’s mission of providing free, rapid emergency medical response to anyone in need in Israel, regardless of race or religion.

The group runs signature events, galas, and intimate gatherings—including its flagship annual Young Leadership Gala in New York City and chapter events such as the UHYL Miami Yom HaAtzmaut Celebration—that combine social programming with fundraising for United Hatzalah’s fleet of ambucycles, GPS dispatch technology, and thousands of volunteer EMTs and paramedics across Israel.

UHYL offers young leaders a way to engage meaningfully with Israel advocacy and lifesaving philanthropy while building community with peers who share similar values. Chapters and events have taken place in cities including New York and Miami, with programming aimed primarily at young professional and philanthropic audiences.
