Start the day with breakfast before exploring Ammunition Hill and the pivotal moments that shaped modern Jerusalem. Taste your way through Machane Yehuda, followed by a step thousands of years into the past with Old City walk. Gather in the evening for group dinner and a night out.

Drive east towards the Dead Sea for a hike and swim at Ein Gedi before continuing to Masada for lunch and exploration of this iconic site. Take part in JNF-USA's Be Inscribed - a unique opportunity to have your own honorary letter written into a Torah by a Jewish sofer (scribe) on top of Masada. Continue into the Negev for a hike through striking landscapes. The day concludes with dinner and stargazing beneath the wide-open skies of the Ramon Crater.

Today is all about connection—to the land, community, and to each other. Begin with agricultural volunteering in Ramat HaNegev with HaShomer HaChadash, connecting to the land and the people who care for it. Later, experience the rugged beauty of the Ramon Crater on a jeep tour and toast the day with a wine tasting at Ramon Winery. End the day with a relaxed evening exploring Mitzpe Ramon’s Spice Quarter.

Travel to Be’er Sheva, the capital of the Negev, and see how the city has been transformed! Visit the awe-inspiring Be'er Sheva River Park with JNF-USA—home to a 23-acre lake, a 13,000-seat amphitheater, promenades, biking paths, playgrounds, and more. Visit the Nova Festival Site Memorial for a meaningful conversation with a survivor, offering a powerful moment of reflection and resilience. The evening shifts north to Tel Aviv, where you’ll check in and explore the famous Tel Aviv nightlife.

Spend the morning wandering Jaffa’s streets, where ancient history meets modern creativity. Enjoy lunch on your own at the Carmel Market and explore the famous Nahalat Binyamin Artists’ Market to find the perfect gifts for friends and family back at home. As the sun sets, welcome Shabbat together on the beach and gather for a group Shabbat Dinner.
Overnight: Tal by the Beach, Tel Aviv
Today is yours to enjoy in honor of Shabbat, whether that means rest, wandering, or an optional graffiti walking tour. Enjoy a final group dinner to reflect on the journey and close the experience together. Depart for the airport—l’hitraot until next time.
