Need a place to stay cool during this heatwave? Join Project Angel Food and Repair the World for a kitchen shift!
During this volunteer session, you’ll work alongside Project Angel Food’s dedicated kitchen staff, helping to prepare medically-tailored meals with fresh, healthy ingredients. Every day, Project Angel Food prepares approximately 4,300 meals—meeting the nutritional needs of our clients who are fighting critical illnesses like cancer, HIV/AIDS, heart disease, and other serious conditions.
Volunteers help with meal preparation, portioning, packaging, and quality control. This is meaningful, hands-on work that directly nourishes both the health and spirit of vulnerable people in our community. No culinary experience necessary.
