ABOUT THIS EVENT
Calling all runners! Aspiring runners or walkers, too. Arrive at 12:45pm sharp for a brief pre-workout stretch and introductions. We will then split into 3 groups: runners, joggers, and walkers. You are free to do a solo run, as well – we respect your injury prevention and training goals.
Then we will meet for a post-workout meal and drinks (exact location will be sent 24 hours before the event, to all approved RSVPs:)
You can even arrive fashionably late and join us for dinner or beers – we don’t judge 😆
