DRG has a well-established specialty in the Jewish nonprofit sector, regularly conducting searches for Jewish day schools, Jewish family service agencies, Jewish foundations, JCCs, and other Jewish-affiliated organizations across the country. In 2026 the firm rebranded from DRG Talent to DRG Consulting to reflect an expanded scope of work beyond executive search, helping mission-driven organizations with leadership, strategy, teams, and partnerships.
