Jewish Family & Children’s Service (JFCS) is a non-profit, non-sectarian 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1935 that has served the Greater Phoenix and Maricopa County community for 90 years. Guided by core Jewish values, JFCS is dedicated to strengthening the community through high-quality behavioral health services, social services, and primary medical care for children, families, and adults of all ages, faiths, and backgrounds.
JFCS offers a wide range of programs including integrated healthcare, child welfare and adoption services, older adult and senior services, Jewish community services (including Holocaust survivor support), and food security programs. The agency has a history of pioneering child welfare work and leading in adoption services, and it continues to adapt its offerings to meet evolving community needs.
With multiple clinic locations throughout Greater Phoenix, JFCS serves more than 50,000 individuals annually. The organization relies on community support, donors, and volunteers to sustain its mission of providing compassionate, high-quality care during some of life’s most challenging moments.
