Reut Group

The Reut Group is a non-profit organization founded in 2004 by Gidi Grinstein (initially as the Reut Institute) to become a leadership, strategy, and impact organization based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Reut creates and scales innovative models that tackle critical strategic challenges facing the State of Israel, Israeli society, and the Jewish world, using a unique combination of theory, methodology, and technology to identify areas where blind spots in leadership portend future crises.

Reut’s vision is of a 21st-century Zionism that guarantees the right of the Jewish people to self-determination in the State of Israel as a secure, prosperous, and democratic state — one that aspires to serve as a leading light among nations. The organization works across areas including Israeli national security, Israel–Diaspora relations, Jewish peoplehood, and societal innovation, providing its research and strategic analysis pro bono to Israeli government decision-makers and key stakeholders in the Jewish world.

Reut is committed to training and empowering young leaders dedicated to serving the Israeli public and Jewish people. It offers each team member formative personal and professional experiences, and its alumni have gone on to lead social change in key positions across Israel and the Jewish world. Reut’s work is supported and promoted in the United States through its partner organization, Reut USA.
