¡Bienvenidos a El Salvador! Your Trip Leader will meet you at El Salvador Monseñor Óscar Arnulfo Romero International Airport (SAL) in San Salvador at 1:00 p.m. and escort you to your hotel via the included transportation.

As you arrive, prepare yourself for an exciting city tour that will take you through the enchanting historic center of El Salvador. This place will allow you to immerse yourself in the rich culture and history as you explore the charming streets, bustling plazas, and stunning architecture that tell the story of this remarkable city.

You'll spend the night in San Salvador before continuing your adventure into the countryside along the Flower Route.

We'll start the day with an early departure to Cerro Verde National Park, where you can hike up Santa Ana Volcano to see its striking sulfuric lagoon. The hike is moderate and takes about 1.5–2 hours through forested and rocky trails. If you prefer something more relaxed, you can explore the Window to Nature Pathway, an easy walk through the cloud forest with beautiful views and rich wildlife.

We'll then continue along the famous Flower Route (Ruta de las Flores), traveling through colorful mountain towns surrounded by coffee plantations and local culture.

The day ends in the charming town of Apaneca, where you'll check into cozy, family-run countryside cabañas and enjoy a hands-on pupusa workshop—because tonight, you'll be cooking your own dinner.

This morning is all about adventure. We'll head to Albania Labyrinth, one of El Salvador's most unique outdoor playgrounds, where you'll have a couple of hours to put your skills (and courage) to the test. Try to find your way in and out of the massive maze, fly on the highest swing in El Salvador, ride a bike suspended on a cable, slide down the longest toboggan in the country, or jump into other adrenaline-filled activities—totally your call.

After the fun, we'll cool things down at Los Chorros de la Calera, a beautiful natural site with waterfalls cascading down the mountainside into shallow pools, perfect for swimming and relaxing. The walk is moderate, but the reward is worth it: refreshing water, lush surroundings, and that unbeatable "we earned this" feeling.

End your day relaxing with the sound of the waves.

Today is all about slowing down and enjoying El Salvador's Pacific coast. Spend the day relaxing at the beach, swimming in natural or saltwater pools, walking the boardwalk, or simply soaking up the sun. Feeling active? You'll have the option to take a surf lesson at one of the nearby beaches, perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to improve their skills.

Whether you choose adventure or full-on chill mode, this is your day to recharge, enjoy the ocean, and lean into that laid-back beach lifestyle.

When you wake up, don't forget to reflect on your adventure over a final breakfast and coffee in El Salvador.
