NEW: 6-week wellness program for LGBTQ+ young adults
Are you looking for a welcoming space to slow down, recharge, connect with others in the community, and learn practical wellness skills you can use in your everyday life? L’Annexe’s upcoming Pride Wellness Group is a unique series of professionally-facilitated movement, mindfulness, and wellness activities designed specifically for LGBTQ+ young adults aged 35 and under.
Each weekly session will be led by a different professional, but all will have a focus on practical, transferable skills to help manage stress, improve emotional wellness, cultivate self-care practices, and build resilience beyond the group setting. Whether you’re looking to develop new coping strategies, expand your own practices, or simply create space for rest, reflection and connection, this program is designed to support you where you’re at with it.
