About Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County

Rooted in Jewish values, the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County (JFSPBC) seeks to inspire and galvanize the Jewish community of Greater Boca Raton, Greater Delray Beach, and Highland Beach. At the hub of the Jewish community, the Federation strategically engages donors, supporters, and community partners in addressing and planning for current and future needs of the Jewish people locally, in Israel, and around the world.

Serving as the central fundraising and planning body for the region, JFSPBC operates a 100-acre community campus that houses partner agencies including the Ruth & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services and the Jewish Association for Residential Care. The Federation funds dozens of programs and agencies—from BBYO Gold Coast teen leadership and Birthright Israel trips to local Chabad initiatives and synagogue community programming.

The Federation’s Judi and Allan Schuman Center for Israel Engagement maintains a strong connection to Israel through community missions, scholarships for young people, gap years, volunteer programs, and Partnership2Gether—which offers Onward Israel for young adults ages 19–30 who live in or attend college in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, or the surrounding area.

Through philanthropy, advocacy, education, and engagement, JFSPBC works to strengthen Jewish identity across all generations and ensure a vibrant Jewish future for South Palm Beach County and beyond.
